Isosorbide Dinitrate, Hydralazine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Casein Peptides interacts with.

Theoretically, combining these casein peptides with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Clinical research shows that some casein peptides, including the lactotripeptides isoleucine-proline-proline (IPP) and valine-proline-proline (VPP), can modestly reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

BiDil pairs two blood pressure helpers: isosorbide dinitrate (which relaxes and widens blood vessels) and hydralazine (which also opens up arteries). Casein peptides may gently lower blood pressure on their own, possibly by softly blocking the same ACE enzyme that some heart medicines target. So if you take both, the lowering effects can simply add together.

What that might feel like is too much of a good thing: dizziness, lightheadedness, a headache, or feeling faint when you stand up. Keep in mind the supplement's effect is modest and the evidence is limited, so this is more of a heads-up than an alarm. Please don't start or stop anything on your own. Just check with your pharmacist or doctor first, and watch your blood pressure if you do combine them.
