Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Capmatinib Hydrochloride
Capmatinib Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Corydalis Yanhusuo interacts with.
Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine. In vitro research and preliminary clinical research show that berberine moderately inhibits CYP3A4. Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might also inhibit CYP3A4.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the basic idea. Your body uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear capmatinib (Tabrecta) out of your system. Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine, which lab and early human studies suggest can partly slow that same enzyme down. If the enzyme works slower, capmatinib could build up a bit higher than expected in your blood.
Capmatinib is already active as-is, so more of it means more chance of its usual side effects, like nausea, vomiting, swelling, fatigue, or changes in liver tests. To be fair, this is a theoretical concern based on how these compounds behave, not proven in people taking this combo. Still, because this is a serious cancer medicine, please run it by your oncologist or pharmacist before adding corydalis.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Capmatinib Hydrochloride page
“Capmatinib (Tabrecta) is a targeted lung cancer medicine, and anyone taking it should treat this list with real care. Six of the 184 supplements carry a major rating, and most of the trouble runs through a single pathway, the liver enzyme CYP3A4 that breaks capmatinib down.”

About Capmatinib
What Is Capmatinib Used For?
Brand name: Tabrecta
Tabrecta (capmatinib) is used to treat adults with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) — lung cancer that has spread — whose tumors carry a specific genetic change called a MET exon 14 skipping mutation. A patient must test positive for this mutation using an FDA-approved test before starting treatment.
This is a targeted therapy, meaning it works against tumors with this particular genetic driver rather than all lung cancers.
