Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine. In vitro and in vivo research suggest that berberine can inhibit platelet aggregation. Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might also inhibit platelet aggregation.

Phenprocoumon is a blood thinner in the same family as warfarin, and it's what we call a narrow window drug. That means even small shifts in how thin your blood gets can tip you toward bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or harder-to-stop bleeding. Corydalis yanhusuo doesn't change how your body clears phenprocoumon, but it may add its own mild blood-thinning push by making your platelets a little less sticky.

Here's the honest part: this concern comes only from lab and animal studies, not from people taking the two together, so it's theoretical and far from proven. Still, with a drug like this, I'd rather you be cautious. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Corydalis, and don't change your phenprocoumon on your own.
