Propiomazine (Largon) is a sedating medication, often used to help with sleep or calm before procedures. It already slows down the nervous system, so its main effects are drowsiness, relaxation, and sometimes a foggy or heavy feeling. Corydalis yanhusuo may have its own calming, sedating action, so combining the two could stack that effect and leave you more drowsy, dizzy, or unsteady than you expected.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this concern comes from pharmacology reasoning and animal studies, not solid human research, so it's theoretical. Still, since both can cause sleepiness, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them, especially if you'll be driving or are older and prone to falls.
