Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS
Why this applies to Talinolol
Talinolol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Corydalis Yanhusuo interacts with.
Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine. Animal research suggests that berberine can have hypotensive effects. Also, a clinical study suggests that taking berberine in combination with amlodipine can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure when compared with amlodipine alone. Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might also reduce blood pressure.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Talinolol is a beta-blocker used to lower blood pressure and steady the heart. Here's the simple version: Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine, which itself may gently nudge blood pressure downward. So when you pair it with Talinolol, the two could add up and push your readings lower than expected.
If that happens, you might feel a little lightheaded, dizzy when you stand, tired, or notice your heart beating slower than usual. I want to be honest, though: this concern is theoretical, based on how these ingredients behave in lab and animal studies, not strong human evidence with Talinolol specifically. It's not a reason to panic, but it is worth a quick chat with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them, especially if your blood pressure already runs low.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Talinolol page
“Most of what talinolol does, slowing the heart and lowering blood pressure as a beta-blocker, is exactly what the supplements on this page can amplify or undo, so I would approach any combination here with genuine care.
