Ephedrine Sulfate, Hydroxyzine, Theophylline falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Datura Wrightii interacts with.

Datura wrightii contains atropine and scopolamine, as well as other tropane alkaloids with anticholinergic activity. Concomitant use of Datura wrightii with anticholinergic drugs might increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects. Some anticholinergic drugs include amantadine, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, phenothiazines, scopolamine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

First things first: I really don't recommend using Datura wrightii at all. It's a poisonous plant, and even small amounts can cause serious harm. But here's how it lines up with your combination product. The hydroxyzine piece is an antihistamine that already has anticholinergic (drying) properties, and Datura's tropane alkaloids (atropine, scopolamine) pile on more of the same effect.

Stacked together, you could see worse dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, trouble urinating, a racing heartbeat, and confusion. The ephedrine adds its own heart-speeding and stimulating push, so the heart effects in particular could feel stronger. This concern is based on how these chemicals behave, not on hard studies, but the overlap is real. Please don't combine them, and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
