Here's the simple version. One part of your medicine, hyoscyamine, works by calming overactive nerve signals in the gut and bladder. It does this by blocking acetylcholine, the very chemical that deanol (DMAE) is thought to nudge upward in the body. So in theory, deanol could push in the opposite direction and slightly blunt hyoscyamine's benefit, meaning you might notice a bit more stomach cramping, urgency, or the symptoms it was prescribed to settle.

Honestly, though, this is a theoretical concern only, based on how the two work on paper, not real-world reports. It's rated minor and unlikely. Deanol shouldn't meaningfully affect the phenobarbital part. Before adding any supplement, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
