Here's the simple version. Repaglinide already works by prompting your pancreas to release more insulin, which brings your blood sugar down. Some animal studies suggest eyebright may also nudge blood sugar a little lower on its own. Put the two together and, in theory, your sugar could drop further than expected, raising the odds of a low (hypoglycemia). That can feel like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, a racing heart, confusion, or hunger.

I want to be straight with you though: this concern comes only from lab and animal research, not solid human studies, so it's more of a 'keep an eye out' than a red alert. If you do try eyebright, check your blood sugar a bit more often at first and let your pharmacist or doctor know before starting.
