Goji + Leniolisib
Leniolisib brand name: Joenja.
Goji has a moderate interaction with Leniolisib. Theoretically, goji berry might inhibit CYP3A4 and reduce metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Leniolisib
Leniolisib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Goji interacts with.
In vitro research shows that goji berry juice inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. Concomitant use with goji may decrease metabolism and increase levels of CYP3A4 substrates. However, this has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the short version: your body clears leniolisib (Joenja) using an enzyme called CYP3A4. Goji berry may put the brakes on that same enzyme, at least in lab tests. If it does that in real life, leniolisib could clear more slowly and build up a bit higher than expected, which in theory could mean more of the drug's effects and side effects (things like headache, diarrhea, or changes in blood counts).
The honest caveat: this is based only on test-tube research, and nothing like it has been reported in actual people. Eating goji berries as a food is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated goji supplements or large amounts of goji juice are the bigger question mark. Since leniolisib is a specialized medicine, please run any goji supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Leniolisib page
“Leniolisib (Joenja) treats APDS, a rare immune disorder, and it is cleared by the CYP3A4 enzyme, a pathway that runs through nearly this whole page: 121 of the 145 supplements and herbs on file can push its blood level up or down that way. That deserves genuine vigilance, starting with the three major entries.”

About Leniolisib
What Is Leniolisib Used For?
Brand name: Joenja
Joenja (leniolisib) is approved to treat activated phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta syndrome, commonly called APDS — a rare genetic immune disorder in which certain immune cells (B and T cells) don't work properly. It is approved for adults and pediatric patients who are at least 12 years old.
APDS is caused by gene variants that make a specific enzyme (PI3K-delta) overactive, leading to immune system dysfunction. Joenja is the brand name for leniolisib in tablet form, taken by mouth.
