Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Inhaled Insulin
Inhaled Insulin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Goji interacts with.
Animal and in vitro research show that goji root bark and fruit polysaccharides might have hypoglycemic effects. However, clinical research has only shown that taking goji fruit polysaccharides with or without antidiabetes drugs modestly reduces postprandial glucose when compared with control, with no reports of hypoglycemia.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with goji and inhaled insulin (Exubera): goji berries seem to have a mild blood-sugar-lowering effect of their own. So when you combine concentrated goji supplements with insulin, which already pulls your glucose down, the two could add together and nudge your numbers a little lower than expected.
The good news is this is rated as a minor interaction, and the human studies only showed a modest drop in after-meal sugar with no reported episodes of true low blood sugar. Still, since insulin is potent, it's smart to keep an eye out for shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling unusually hungry. Eating goji as a regular food is unlikely to matter much. If you're using bigger supplement doses, just check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Inhaled Insulin page
“Inhaled insulin (Exubera) comes with a supplement list that warrants real caution, and the three major-rated entries deserve your attention first. Siberian cocklebur has caused severe hypoglycemia in people, activated charcoal can pull medications out of the body, and chelation products containing EDTA can drive blood sugar dangerously…”

- Blood sugar support
Goji berries are a nutritious fruit rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and plant polysaccharides, and they are safe for most people as a food.
