Goji + Vildagliptin
Vildagliptin brand name: Galvus.
Goji has a minor interaction with Vildagliptin. Theoretically, concomitant use of goji fruit polysaccharides or goji root bark with antidiabetes drugs might have additive effects.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Vildagliptin
Vildagliptin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Goji interacts with.
Animal and in vitro research show that goji root bark and fruit polysaccharides might have hypoglycemic effects. However, clinical research has only shown that taking goji fruit polysaccharides with or without antidiabetes drugs modestly reduces postprandial glucose when compared with control, with no reports of hypoglycemia.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: goji berries appear to have a mild blood-sugar-lowering effect of their own. Vildagliptin (Galvus) already works to bring your glucose down after meals, so pairing the two could, in theory, add up and nudge your numbers a little lower than expected. This is mostly seen in lab and animal studies, plus one small human trial that showed only a modest drop in after-meal glucose and no actual low blood sugar.
So this is a low-concern, theoretical interaction, not something that should scare you off goji. Enjoying the berries as a food is unlikely to be a problem. If you use concentrated goji supplements regularly, just keep an eye out for signs of low sugar (shakiness, sweating, dizziness) and check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

Goji berries are a nutritious fruit rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and plant polysaccharides, and they are safe for most people as a food. Vildagliptin Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Vildagliptin as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Goji — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
