Lansoprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Goldenseal interacts with.

Goldenseal might increase serum levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Most clinical and in vitro research shows that goldenseal inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme activity and increases serum levels of CYP3A4 substrates, such as midazolam. However, in one small clinical study, goldenseal did not affect the levels of indinavir, a CYP3A4 substrate, in healthy volunteers. This is likely due to the fact that indinavir has a high oral bioavailability, making it an inadequate probe for CYP3A4 interactions and/or that it is primarily metabolized by hepatic CYP3A, while goldenseal has more potential to inhibit intestinal CYP3A enzyme activity. Both goldenseal extract and its isolated constituents berberine and hydrastine inhibit CYP3A, with hydrastine possibly having more inhibitory potential than berberine.

This combo pack (Prevpac) treats stomach ulcers caused by H. pylori. The piece to watch here is clarithromycin, the antibiotic, which your body clears using an enzyme called CYP3A4. Goldenseal can slow that enzyme down. When clarithromycin is broken down more slowly, its levels can climb, and that can mean more nausea, stomach upset, an odd metallic taste, or in rarer cases changes to your heart rhythm. The amoxicillin and lansoprazole pieces aren't really affected this way.

The evidence here is moderate, not airtight, but it's reasonable enough to mention. Since this is a short, defined treatment course, the easy move is to just hold off on goldenseal until you finish. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first before changing anything.
