Amphetamine Sulfate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Hibiscus Sabdariffa interacts with.

Theoretically, Hibiscus sabdariffa extract might reduce the metabolism of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Hibiscus sabdariffa calyx extract inhibits CYP2D6. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with hibiscus and your amphetamine. Part of how your body clears amphetamine runs through a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. In a lab dish, hibiscus extract slowed that enzyme down a bit. If the same thing happened in a person, your amphetamine could clear a little slower and build up slightly, which in theory could mean stronger effects like a racing heart, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or a higher blood pressure than usual.

But I want to keep this in perspective. This is only a theory based on test-tube work, and it hasn't actually been seen in real people. A cup of tart hibiscus tea is unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated supplements are where I'd be more careful, so just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up before starting one.
