Dicumarol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Indole-3-carbinol interacts with.

Theoretically, indole-3-carbinol might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
In vitro research shows that indole-3-carbinol inhibits platelet aggregation.

Here's the gist: Dicumarol is a blood thinner (an older relative of warfarin), and like warfarin it works in a narrow range where small shifts can matter. The concern with indole-3-carbinol is that, in lab dish studies, it slowed down platelets, the little cells that help your blood clot. Stack that on top of a drug already designed to keep blood from clotting and, in theory, you could nudge yourself toward easier bleeding.

What that might look like: more bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop. I'll be honest though, this is only a theoretical, test-tube finding, not something proven in people, and broccoli on your dinner plate is unlikely to be an issue. Concentrated I3C supplements are the real question. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
