Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Streptokinase
Streptokinase falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Indole-3-carbinol interacts with.
In vitro research shows that indole-3-carbinol inhibits platelet aggregation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the situation with these two together. Streptokinase is a powerful clot-busting medicine given in the hospital during emergencies like a heart attack, a stroke, or a serious blood clot in the lungs. It works by dissolving clots, so bleeding is already its main risk. Indole-3-carbinol may, on its own, make your platelets a little less sticky, which means blood is slower to form protective clots.
Stack a blood thinner like this on top, and in theory you could see more bruising, oozing, or harder-to-stop bleeding. I want to be honest though: this concern comes only from lab studies, not real patients, so it is theoretical. Since streptokinase is given by professionals in an emergency, always tell your care team about any supplements you take so they can keep you safe.

“Streptokinase (Kabikinase, Streptase) is the clot-buster given in emergencies like heart attacks, and because its whole job is dissolving clots, this list warrants real respect. Of the 219 supplement and herbal ingredients with interactions on file, 202 have blood-thinning or antiplatelet activity that can push bleeding risk higher.”

Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) is a compound formed when you eat cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cabbage, and it is sold as a supplement mainly for hormone-related and cell-protective effects. Most human evidence is preliminary or comes from lab and animal studies, so it should not be relied on to prevent or treat any disease. Talk to your pharmacist or doctor before using it, and avoid it in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
