Here's the gist for inhaled iloprost (Ventavis): besides relaxing your lung blood vessels, this medicine also makes platelets a little less sticky, which can nudge up your bleeding risk on its own. Indole-3-carbinol may do something similar. In lab dish studies it slowed platelets from clumping together, so stacking it with iloprost could, in theory, add to that effect.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It comes from test-tube research, not real patients, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, if you ever notice easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that won't quit, loop in your doctor or pharmacist. And please check with them before adding I3C supplements rather than stopping anything on your own.
