Here's the situation with these two together. Cangrelor (Kengreal) is a powerful IV antiplatelet medicine given in the hospital, usually during a procedure to open blocked heart arteries. It works fast to keep your platelets from clumping and forming clots. Indole-3-carbinol may, in theory, also make platelets a little less sticky. Stack a second blood-thinning effect on top of a strong one and you could nudge up the bleeding risk, things like bruising, oozing at the catheter site, or harder-to-stop bleeding.

I want to keep this in perspective, though. This concern comes only from lab studies, not from people, so it's very theoretical. In real life cangrelor is given by your hospital team, who are watching you closely. Still, tell them about any supplement you take so they have the full picture.
