Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Aspirin, Caffeine
Acetaminophen, Aspirin, Caffeine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Ipriflavone interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the piece that matters most in this combo product: the caffeine. Your body clears caffeine mainly through a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, and ipriflavone is thought to slow that enzyme down. If caffeine breaks down more slowly, it can hang around longer, so you might feel more jittery, have a racing heart, trouble sleeping, or feel a bit anxious or shaky. The aspirin and acetaminophen parts aren't really affected by this particular interaction.
Keep in mind this is based only on lab-type data, not real-world patient studies, so it's more theoretical than proven. Still, if you take ipriflavone regularly and notice extra caffeine-like effects, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.

Ipriflavone is a synthetic isoflavone studied mainly for bone health and osteoporosis, but high-quality research has not shown that it reliably prevents fractures or builds strong bone.
