Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Diclofenac Sodium, Misoprostol
Diclofenac Sodium, Misoprostol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Ipriflavone interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Arthrotec is a combo pill: diclofenac (an anti-inflammatory pain reliever) plus misoprostol (which helps protect your stomach lining). The diclofenac part is cleared from your body largely by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. Ipriflavone is thought to slow that enzyme down, so in theory diclofenac could clear more slowly and build up to higher levels than usual.
If that happened, you might notice more of diclofenac's typical side effects, like stomach upset, heartburn, ulcers or bleeding, fluid retention, or kidney strain. I'll be honest though: this concern comes only from lab studies, not from real people, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Diclofenac Sodium, Misoprostol page
“Alcohol is the plainest hazard on this list. Beer and wine both carry major ratings with Arthrotec (diclofenac sodium and misoprostol) because mixing an NSAID with alcohol raises the risk of stomach bleeding, and bleeding is the thread running through most of these 306 entries.”

Ipriflavone is a synthetic isoflavone studied mainly for bone health and osteoporosis, but high-quality research has not shown that it reliably prevents fractures or builds strong bone.
