Kazano combines two diabetes medicines: alogliptin and metformin. Both work to lower your blood sugar. Here's the thing about Jiaogulan, some research suggests it can nudge your blood sugar down on its own. So when you stack it on top of a medicine already doing that job, the two can add up and push your sugar too low.

If that happens, you might feel shaky, sweaty, dizzy, irritable, or suddenly hungry. This isn't a sure thing, the evidence is still fairly limited, but it's worth taking seriously. If you'd like to try Jiaogulan, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first. They may want you to watch your blood sugar more closely so you can catch any dips early.
