ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Aspirin, Pentazocine
Aspirin, Pentazocine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Jiaogulan interacts with.
In vitro research suggests that jiaogulan has antiplatelet effects.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing to keep in mind with Talwin Compound: it contains aspirin, which already thins your blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together. Jiaogulan may do something similar on its own. Lab studies (test tube research, not people yet) hint that jiaogulan can also slow platelets down, so stacking the two could theoretically add up to a higher bleeding risk.
In real life that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop. To be clear, this is theoretical and based on weak evidence, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since aspirin is already in the mix, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before you add jiaogulan, especially if you bleed easily or take other blood thinners.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Pentazocine page
“Talwin Compound pairs pentazocine, an opioid painkiller, with aspirin, and I read its supplement list with more concern than most. The great majority of entries do one of two things: raise the bleeding risk that aspirin already carries, or deepen the sedation pentazocine causes.”
