Dextromethorphan, Guaifenesin, Pseudoephedrine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group N,n-dmpea interacts with.

In vitro research shows that N,N-DMPEA strongly inhibits cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6). Theoretically, concomitant use with drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 might increase the risk for adverse effects from these drugs.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 include amitriptyline (Elavil), clozapine (Clozaril), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), donepezil (Aricept), fentanyl (Duragesic), flecainide (Tambocor), fluoxetine (Prozac), meperidine (Demerol), methadone (Dolophine), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), olanzapine (Zyprexa), ondansetron (Zofran), tramadol (Ultram), trazodone (Desyrel), and others.

The piece of this combo product I'd watch is the dextromethorphan (the cough suppressant). Your body relies on an enzyme called CYP2D6 to clear it. In lab dishes, N,N-DMPEA appears to block that enzyme strongly, so in theory dextromethorphan could build up and hit harder than expected. That might mean more dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, or feeling out of it. Stack that on top of the pseudoephedrine, which is already a stimulant, plus a supplement marketed for stimulant-like effects, and you could feel jittery, anxious, or have a racing heart or higher blood pressure.

This is mostly theory from test-tube data, not real people, and N,N-DMPEA itself is poorly studied. Still, I'd run it by your pharmacist before mixing them.
