Oxycodone Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group N,n-dmpea interacts with.

In vitro research shows that N,N-DMPEA strongly inhibits cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6). Theoretically, concomitant use with drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 might increase the risk for adverse effects from these drugs.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 include amitriptyline (Elavil), clozapine (Clozaril), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), donepezil (Aricept), fentanyl (Duragesic), flecainide (Tambocor), fluoxetine (Prozac), meperidine (Demerol), methadone (Dolophine), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), olanzapine (Zyprexa), ondansetron (Zofran), tramadol (Ultram), trazodone (Desyrel), and others.

Here's the wrinkle with oxycodone: your liver uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to turn part of it into a stronger painkiller called oxymorphone. N,N-DMPEA appears to block that same enzyme, at least in lab (test tube) studies. So in theory, pairing the two could shift how much active painkiller your body makes from each dose. The main concern is that oxycodone itself can still build up, which may add to its usual effects like heavy drowsiness, slowed breathing, constipation, and confusion.

I want to be honest though, this is based on lab research, not real people, so it's more caution than proven danger. Before mixing any pre-workout containing this with oxycodone, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
