Dextroamphetamine Sulphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group N,n-dmpea interacts with.

In vitro research shows that N,N-DMPEA strongly inhibits cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6). Theoretically, concomitant use with drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 might increase the risk for adverse effects from these drugs.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 include amitriptyline (Elavil), clozapine (Clozaril), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), donepezil (Aricept), fentanyl (Duragesic), flecainide (Tambocor), fluoxetine (Prozac), meperidine (Demerol), methadone (Dolophine), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), olanzapine (Zyprexa), ondansetron (Zofran), tramadol (Ultram), trazodone (Desyrel), and others.

Here's the gist for Dexedrine. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to help break down dextroamphetamine. In lab (test tube) studies, N,N-DMPEA appears to block that enzyme strongly. If that holds true in real people, your body would clear the stimulant more slowly, letting it build up. That could mean a stronger or longer-lasting effect, with more of the usual amphetamine side effects: a racing or pounding heart, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, reduced appetite, and feeling wired or anxious.

I want to be honest though, this is only theory based on lab data, not human studies, and N,N-DMPEA itself is poorly researched and a bit of a wildcard. Both are stimulants, so stacking them isn't something I'd do casually. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
