Dextromethorphan, Methscopolamine, Phenylephrine falls under SEROTONERGIC DRUGS — the group Psilocybin interacts with.

Theoretically, combining psilocybin with serotonergic drugs might cause additive serotonergic effects.
Psilocybin has serotonin 2A (5-HT2A) receptor agonist activity. Theoretically, combining serotonergic drugs with psilocybin might increase the risk of serotonergic side effects, including serotonin syndrome. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Of the three ingredients in this combo product, the one I'd watch with psilocybin is the dextromethorphan (the cough suppressant). Dextromethorphan nudges serotonin activity in the brain, and psilocybin works on serotonin receptors too. On paper, stacking the two could add up and raise the small risk of too much serotonin, sometimes called serotonin syndrome (think agitation, a racing heart, sweating, shivering, muscle twitching, or confusion).

I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based on how these substances work, and it hasn't actually been reported in people. Psilocybin also isn't a legal or approved supplement and shouldn't be used outside a supervised study. If this is something you're weighing, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

Here's the gist for this combo cough-and-cold product. It contains phenylephrine (a decongestant that bumps up blood pressure and heart rate), dextromethorphan (a cough suppressant that also nudges serotonin), and methscopolamine (a drying agent). Psilocybin is itself a stimulating, mind-altering compound. Putting them together could pile on stimulant-type effects, so you might feel a racing or pounding heart, a jump in blood pressure, jitteriness, anxiety, or trouble sleeping. There's also a theoretical concern that dextromethorphan plus psilocybin could push serotonin too high.

To be honest, this is based on how these drugs behave on paper, not on solid studies. Still, since psilocybin isn't approved or legal in most places and its effects are unpredictable, please run any plan by your pharmacist or doctor first.
