Grapefruit can drive levels of the drug up by blocking its breakdown, St. John's wort can strip its effect, and stimulant herbs, plus plain caffeine, stack onto the decongestant, pushing heart rate and blood pressure higher.
Drying anticholinergic herbs add to the methscopolamine's side effects (dry mouth, constipation, confusion in older adults), and a smaller group raises serotonin alongside the dextromethorphan. A few entries block absorption outright, so space those well apart from your dose.
