Dextromethorphan, Methscopolamine, Phenylephrine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Jequirity interacts with.

In vitro research shows that jequirity extract inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes. Theoretically, taking jequirity may inhibit the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.

First, a bigger safety point than any interaction: jequirity seeds contain abrin, a potent poison in the same family as ricin. This plant simply isn't safe to take, so I'd steer clear of it entirely, no matter what else you're on.

As for the lab note here: jequirity may slow down the CYP3A4 enzyme, which helps break down the dextromethorphan in your cold combo (DA Chewable). In theory that could let dextromethorphan build up a bit, nudging up effects like drowsiness, dizziness, or feeling foggy. But this is only a test-tube finding, rated unlikely and minor, so for most people it wouldn't amount to much. The real concern is the toxin.
