The part of Aleve Cold and Sinus we care about here is the pseudoephedrine, the decongestant. It's a stimulant, meaning it can speed up your heart and nudge your blood pressure up. Psilocybin also revs up the nervous system, so the concern is that stacking the two could add up. You might feel more jittery, get a racing or pounding heartbeat, feel anxious, have trouble sleeping, or notice your blood pressure climbing.

I'll be honest with you: this is a theoretical concern based on how both act, not something proven in studies. Still, psilocybin is unpredictable and isn't legal or approved outside research settings. The naproxen piece isn't really the issue. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing these.
