Pu-erh Tea + Trimipramine
Trimipramine brand names: Surmontil, Trimip, Rhotrimine, Tripramine, Trimp.
Pu-erh Tea has a minor interaction with Trimipramine. Theoretically, TCAs might bind with pu-erh tea constituents when taken at the same time.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
TRICYCLIC ANTIDEPRESSANTS (TCAs)
Why this applies to Trimipramine
Trimipramine falls under TRICYCLIC ANTIDEPRESSANTS (TCAs) — the group Pu-erh Tea interacts with.
In vitro research suggests that the tannins in pu-erh tea might cause precipitation of TCAs. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the short version on drinking pu-erh tea with your trimipramine (Surmontil). The concern here is pretty mild. Pu-erh tea contains plant compounds called tannins, and in test-tube studies these tannins seemed to grab onto tricyclic antidepressants and cause them to clump together, or precipitate. In theory, if that happened in your stomach, a little less of the medication might get absorbed, which could make it work a touch less well.
The big caveat: this has only been seen in lab experiments, never in real people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. If you want to play it extra safe, just space your tea a couple of hours apart from your dose. And before changing anything, check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Trimipramine page
“If you take trimipramine (Surmontil), a tricyclic antidepressant, read this list carefully. Nine of the 139 supplements and herbs on file are rated major, and most touch the heart: several, grapefruit among them, can stretch the QT interval, the heart's electrical reset time, and raise the risk of a dangerous rhythm.”

About Trimipramine
What Is Trimipramine Used For?
Brand names: Surmontil, Trimip, Rhotrimine, Tripramine, Trimp
Trimipramine capsules are indicated for the relief of symptoms of depression. Endogenous depression — depression that arises from within, rather than from an obvious outside cause — is more likely to respond to treatment than other types.
In clinical studies, trimipramine worked as well as imipramine in hospitalized patients with depression, and was comparable to amitriptyline in less severely depressed outpatients.
