Ephedrine, Hydroxyzine, Theophylline falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Rooibos interacts with.

Theoretically, taking rooibos with CYP1A2 substrates may increase the effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that the methanol extract of rooibos leaves and stems inhibits CYP1A2 enzyme activity.

This combination product contains theophylline, which is the piece worth watching here. Theophylline is cleared from your body mainly by a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. Lab studies hint that rooibos may slow that enzyme down a bit. If it does, theophylline could clear more slowly and build up, which matters because theophylline has a narrow safety window. Even small increases can lead to nausea, a racing or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or in serious cases tremor or palpitations.

That said, this is only test-tube evidence, not proven in people, and a normal cup or two of rooibos tea is unlikely to cause trouble. I'd be more cautious with concentrated rooibos extracts. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before adding those.
