Hydrocodone, Ibuprofen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Woodruff interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the effects of some anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
Sweet woodruff contains coumarin and coumarin derivatives. However, the levels of coumarin found in sweet woodruff are so low that clinically relevant effects are doubtful. Until more is known, use with caution.

Here's the angle that matters for Vicoprofen: it pairs hydrocodone (an opioid) with ibuprofen, and ibuprofen is an NSAID that already nudges up your bleeding risk by making platelets a bit less sticky and by irritating the stomach lining. Sweet woodruff contains coumarin, a compound that can in theory add a little extra blood-thinning effect on top of that.

The reassuring part: the coumarin in sweet woodruff is present in such tiny amounts that a real-world problem is unlikely, and this concern is theoretical rather than proven. Still, watch for signs like easy bruising, dark or bloody stools, or stomach upset. If you take this herb regularly or are on other blood thinners, check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.
