Vortioxetine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Terminalia interacts with.

Theoretically, use of Terminalia arjuna may increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Terminalia arjuna extract inhibits CYP2D6 enzymes and reduces CYP2D6 substrate metabolism.

Here's the gist for your Trintellix. Your body relies heavily on an enzyme called CYP2D6 to break down and clear vortioxetine. Lab studies (done in test tubes, not in people) suggest that Terminalia arjuna may slow that enzyme down. If it does, vortioxetine could clear more slowly and build up a bit in your system, which can mean stronger effects and a higher chance of side effects like nausea, headache, dizziness, or trouble sleeping.

I want to be straight with you though: this is based only on early lab research, not on real patients, so it's more of a theoretical concern than a proven one. Still, since this is your antidepressant, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.
