Omeprazole, Sodium Bicarbonate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.

Theoretically, thunder god vine might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for your Konvomep (omeprazole plus sodium bicarbonate). Lab studies suggest a compound in Thunder God Vine called triptolide can slow down CYP3A4, one of the liver enzymes that helps clear omeprazole. In theory, that could let omeprazole build up a bit higher in your body, which might mean slightly stronger or longer-lasting effects, such as headache, nausea, or stomach upset.

I'll be honest with you though: this is only a theoretical concern from test-tube research, and it has not actually been reported in real people. Omeprazole is also generally well tolerated. The bigger reason to be careful is that Thunder God Vine itself can be toxic if dosed wrong. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
