Here's the thing about pairing Wahoo with Dialose Plus. The casanthranol part is a stimulant laxative, and Wahoo itself acts as a strong (and frankly toxic) laxative too. Put them together and you could end up with way more than you bargained for: cramping, watery diarrhea, and dehydration that comes on fast.

The bigger worry is potassium. Heavy laxative use can flush potassium out of your body, and low potassium makes Wahoo's heart-active compounds (cardenolides) more dangerous, which can lead to an irregular heartbeat. This is a theoretical concern based on how these things work, not hard proof, but Wahoo is a poisonous plant we don't recommend at all. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing these.
