The one major-rated concern is activated charcoal, which can soak up the medicine in your gut before it absorbs, leaving you with a weaker dose just when your airways need a steady one. Nearly everything else pushes the opposite way. Dozens of herbs and supplements, CBD among them, can interfere with the liver enzyme (CYP2C9) that helps clear montelukast, usually slowing it, which may let the drug's levels creep higher than intended.
A smaller cluster affects how oral medicines absorb in general, bulking fibers like glucomannan for instance, so space those well apart from your dose. Much of the evidence is early, lab and animal work more than human trials, though the pattern repeats often enough to respect.
