Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- Recommendation: As a dietary supplement, start with 1 full dropper (approx. 1/4 teaspoon) mixed in a small amount of water or juice, two times each day, morning and bedtime. After approximately 2 weeks, depending on weight and need, take up to 2 full droppers (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) each time for up to four weeks then discontinue. If desired, repeat process again in three months. Shake well before use.
