Ketamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES — the group Adrafinil interacts with.

Theoretically, adrafinil might reduce the levels and clinical effects of CYP2B6 substrates.
Adrafinil is a precursor to the stimulant prescription drug modafinil. Modafinil has been shown to weakly induce CYP2B6 activity in vitro.

Here's the basic idea. Your liver turns adrafinil into modafinil, and modafinil can mildly speed up a liver enzyme called CYP2B6. That same enzyme helps break down ketamine. So in theory, having more of this enzyme working could clear ketamine a little faster, which might make it feel less effective than expected, whether it's being used for pain, depression, or sedation.

I want to be honest with you, though: this one is purely theoretical, based on lab findings, not real patient cases. The effect, if any, looks weak. Since ketamine is usually given in a clinical setting and adrafinil is an unregulated supplement with real liver risks, please loop in the doctor or pharmacist managing your ketamine before combining the two.
