Here's the thing to keep in mind with Actifed (which combines pseudoephedrine, a decongestant, and triprolidine, an antihistamine). The pseudoephedrine part is itself a mild stimulant. Adrafinil turns into modafinil in your body, and modafinil also has stimulant-like, wake-promoting effects. So putting the two together could stack those effects on top of each other.

What that might feel like is a racing or pounding heart, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or feeling anxious and wired. To be fair, this is a theoretical concern based on how these compounds work, not something proven in studies, so it may not happen at all. Still, since both push in the same direction, it's worth running past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
