Let me be upfront here: Angel's Trumpet is not a supplement you should ever take. It's a poisonous plant loaded with scopolamine and atropine, and even small amounts can cause hallucinations, racing heart, and far worse. So my real advice is simple, please don't use it at all.

That said, here's the pharmacology. Your Mersyndol contains doxylamine, an antihistamine that already has strong drying, or "anticholinergic," effects. Angel's Trumpet adds even more of that same action. Stacked together, you could see worse dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, urinary trouble, a fast heartbeat, and confusion. The codeine can deepen the drowsiness and constipation too. This concern is based on how these chemicals work rather than firm studies, but with a toxic plant involved, the safe move is to avoid it and talk with your pharmacist or doctor.
