Bendroflumethiazide, Nadolol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Breadfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension. Animal research shows that breadfruit leaf extract can decrease heart rate and weaken the force of heart muscle contractions, which may lower blood pressure.
Some antihypertensive drugs include captopril (Capoten), enalapril (Vasotec), losartan (Cozaar), valsartan (Diovan), diltiazem (Cardizem), amlodipine (Norvasc), hydrochlorothiazide (HydroDIURIL), furosemide (Lasix), and many others.

Corzide is a combo of two blood pressure medicines: nadolol, a beta-blocker that slows your heart and eases its workload, plus bendroflumethiazide, a water pill that helps you shed extra fluid and salt. Here's the concern with concentrated breadfruit leaf products (teas or extracts, not the fruit you eat as food): in animal studies, breadfruit leaf extract slowed the heart and weakened its pumping force, which can nudge blood pressure down.

Layered on top of Corzide, that could add up to too much of a good thing, leaving you dizzy, lightheaded, unusually tired, or faint when you stand up. To be clear, this is a theoretical caution based on lab and animal data, not proven in people. Eating breadfruit as a meal is very unlikely to matter. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before using any breadfruit supplement.
