Diclofenac Sodium, Misoprostol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Breadfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs might increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro research shows that certain flavonoid constituents from breadfruit root extract can inhibit thromboxane formation and reduce platelet aggregation.
Some of these drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Here's the gist with Arthrotec, which combines the anti-inflammatory diclofenac with misoprostol to protect your stomach. Diclofenac itself is an NSAID, and NSAIDs already nudge up bleeding risk a bit by affecting how your platelets clump together. Lab studies suggest some compounds in breadfruit leaves or root extracts may also slow platelet activity. So in theory, stacking concentrated breadfruit products on top of diclofenac could add to that bleeding tendency, showing up as easier bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach irritation.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this is theoretical, based only on test-tube research, not real patients. Eating breadfruit as a food is very unlikely to matter. Before using concentrated breadfruit leaf teas or extracts, just check with your pharmacist or doctor.
