Nebivolol Hydrochloride, Valsartan falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Breadfruit interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension. Animal research shows that breadfruit leaf extract can decrease heart rate and weaken the force of heart muscle contractions, which may lower blood pressure.
Some antihypertensive drugs include captopril (Capoten), enalapril (Vasotec), losartan (Cozaar), valsartan (Diovan), diltiazem (Cardizem), amlodipine (Norvasc), hydrochlorothiazide (HydroDIURIL), furosemide (Lasix), and many others.

Byvalson combines two blood pressure lowering medicines: nebivolol, a beta-blocker that slows your heart and relaxes blood vessels, and valsartan, which blocks a hormone that tightens vessels. Here's the concern with breadfruit leaf products (teas or extracts, not the fruit on your plate): in animal studies, breadfruit leaf compounds also slowed heart rate and softened how hard the heart pumps. Stack that on top of Byvalson and your blood pressure could theoretically drop too low.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, unusually tired, or notice a slower pulse, especially when standing up. To be clear, this is a theoretical idea from lab and animal work, not proven in people, and eating breadfruit as food is very unlikely to cause trouble. Before using any breadfruit leaf supplement, check with your pharmacist or doctor.
