Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ESTROGENS
Why this applies to Prasterone (prescription drug)
Prasterone (prescription drug) falls under ESTROGENS — the group Caffeine interacts with.
Estrogen inhibits caffeine metabolism.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the gist with Intrarosa (prasterone) and your daily coffee or tea. Prasterone is a hormone your body turns into estrogen-like and testosterone-like compounds. Estrogens can slow down how your liver clears caffeine, so in theory the caffeine could hang around a bit longer and feel a little stronger. That might mean more jitteriness, a racing heartbeat, or trouble sleeping.
The good news: Intrarosa is used vaginally, so very little reaches your bloodstream. That makes a meaningful effect on your caffeine unlikely, and this concern is mostly theoretical and borrowed from oral estrogens. If you notice extra jitters or poor sleep, just ease back on caffeine and mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.

See Every Supplement That Interacts With Prasterone (prescription drug)
This page covers Caffeine only. If you take other supplements — a multivitamin, a sleep aid, something for joints — the Prasterone (prescription drug) page lists 63 supplements it has a documented interaction with, worst first, each one explained.
The most serious there right now: Grapefruit (major), Aletris (moderate), Alfalfa (moderate), Androstenediol (moderate) and Androstenedione (moderate).
By severity: 1 major · 56 moderate · 6 minor.
From our pharmacist’s overview on the Prasterone (prescription drug) page
“Grapefruit is the single major-rated interaction on prasterone's (Intrarosa) list, and it earns that spot. It blocks the enzyme that clears estrogens, so estrogen levels can climb, and side effects with them.”
