Doxepin falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorophyllin interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyllin with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyllin is a semi-synthetic derivative of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. Orally, chlorophyll has also been associated with the development of pseudoporphyria in multiple case reports.

Here's the gist for doxepin (Silenor): this isn't about your liver breaking the drug down or about it building up in your system. Instead, doxepin is one of those medicines that can make your skin a bit more sensitive to sunlight, meaning you may sunburn faster or notice a rash on sun-exposed skin. Chlorophyllin has also been linked to sun sensitivity in some reports, so taking both could, in theory, add up and make your skin even more reactive to UV light.

Keep in mind this is mostly a theoretical concern based on case reports, not strong proof. Most folks do fine, but it's smart to wear sunscreen and limit strong sun while using both. Run it by your pharmacist or doctor if you have questions.
