Bendroflumethiazide falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorophyllin interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyllin with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyllin is a semi-synthetic derivative of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. Orally, chlorophyll has also been associated with the development of pseudoporphyria in multiple case reports.

Here's the simple version: bendroflumethiazide is a water pill (a thiazide diuretic) that's already known to make some people's skin more sensitive to sunlight. Chlorophyllin, taken as a supplement, may also cause a bit of sun sensitivity. Put the two together and the worry is an additive effect, meaning your skin could sunburn or react more easily than usual.

I want to be honest that this is mostly theoretical, based on case reports and reasoning rather than strong studies. It isn't dangerous for most folks, and you don't need to panic. Just be sun-smart: use sunscreen, wear a hat, and cover up on bright days. If you notice unusual rashes or easy burning, check in with your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
