Ethinyl Estradiol, Ethynodiol Diacetate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Corydalis Yanhusuo interacts with.

Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might increase serum levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine. In vitro research and preliminary clinical research show that berberine moderately inhibits CYP3A4. Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might also inhibit CYP3A4.

Your birth control pill contains ethinyl estradiol, which your liver clears using an enzyme called CYP3A4. Corydalis yanhusuo (partly because it can contain berberine) may gently slow that same enzyme down. In theory, that could let a little more estrogen build up in your blood, which sometimes shows up as nausea, breast tenderness, bloating, or headaches.

I want to be honest with you though: this is only a theoretical concern based on lab work, not real-world cases, and the effect looks mild. It is very unlikely to make your pill stop working. Still, since everyone reacts differently, it is worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two so they can keep an eye on you.
