Here's the simple version: oxazepam (Serax) already slows down your brain to ease anxiety, which is why it can make you drowsy or foggy. Corydalis yanhusuo may have its own mild calming, sedative-type effects based on lab and animal work. So when you pair the two, the worry is that they could add together and leave you more sedated than you expect, with things like extra sleepiness, dizziness, slowed reflexes, or trouble concentrating.

I want to be honest that this concern is theoretical. It's based on how these compounds behave in animals, not on solid human studies, so it may not be a big deal for everyone. Still, since both can dampen the nervous system, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't drive until you know how you feel.
