Here's the basic idea with Troglitazone (an older diabetes medicine that helps your body respond better to insulin) and Corydalis yanhusuo. This herb may contain compounds, including berberine, that can gently nudge your blood sugar lower on their own. If you stack that on top of a blood sugar lowering drug, the two could add up and push your glucose down further than expected.

I'll be honest, this is a theoretical concern based on how these ingredients behave, not on solid human studies. Still, watch for signs of low blood sugar like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling confused. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change your diabetes medicine on your own.
