Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine, Chlorpheniramine falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Datura Wrightii interacts with.

Datura wrightii contains atropine and scopolamine, as well as other tropane alkaloids with anticholinergic activity. Concomitant use of Datura wrightii with anticholinergic drugs might increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects. Some anticholinergic drugs include amantadine, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, phenothiazines, scopolamine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

First things first: Datura wrightii is genuinely poisonous and we don't recommend using it at all. But here's the specific concern with Zutripro. One of its ingredients, chlorpheniramine, is an antihistamine that already has drying, anticholinergic effects. Datura packs its own anticholinergic punch from atropine and scopolamine, so stacking the two could pile those effects on top of each other.

What might that look like? Think dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble urinating, a racing heart, and at higher levels confusion or hallucinations. The hydrocodone in Zutripro can add drowsiness and slow breathing into the mix too. This warning is based on how these compounds behave rather than firm studies, but the logic is sound. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything like this.
