Lansoprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) SUBSTRATES — the group Eurycoma Longifolia interacts with.

Theoretically, Eurycoma longifolia might increase levels of CYP2C19 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that methanolic Eurycoma longifolia root extract weakly inhibits CYP2C19 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Prevpac is a combo pack used to clear an H. pylori stomach infection. The piece that matters here is lansoprazole, the acid-reducer, which your body partly breaks down using a liver enzyme called CYP2C19. In a lab dish, tongkat ali appeared to weakly slow that same enzyme. If that happened in real life, lansoprazole could hang around a bit longer and feel slightly stronger.

The good news: this is purely theoretical. It has only been seen in test tubes, never in people, and the effect was weak. Even if it occurred, lansoprazole is well tolerated, so you'd more likely notice mild things like headache or loose stools, nothing dangerous. Still, since you're treating an infection, it's smart to run any supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.
